The following FAQ is designed to provide information relating to issues or problems shortly after upgrading EveHQ to a new version.

Q: Where can I find the EveHQ Settings screen in version 2?

A: Click the Aura Orb in the top left of the EveHQ form and the first drop-down item will be the settings. Click this to open the Settings screen.

Q: Why is the Prism API Status is showing "No Access" for my corporation?

A: This could be one of 3 reasons.

  • For the old style API system, it means you don't have sufficient in-game roles to view the API.
  • A new feature of version 2 for old-style API keys is to specify which character is responsible for getting corporate data. You need to set this up in the Prism Options > Corp Reps for each corporation you wish to download data for.
  • For the new CAK API, it means the corporate key does not have access to those specific APIs.
